Hiding In My Craft Room Challenge #78 Freestyle

Happy Saturday!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas.  We had a great Christmas here, wonderful time with family, lots of food, and Santa was very good to us.

Well, it's that time of month again where we can go Free-styling and make whatever we want to make for this weeks challenge with...

Hiding In My Craft Room
Challenge #78

I wanted to share with you today a money card holder that I made over Christmas to put money in to give to all of the kids in our family.

I used the Cricut Cartridge Artiste, I actually couldn't wait to make the money card holder.

I used a Christmas Print paper for the outside, a red card stock for the inside, then I took digital Merry Christmas tag and printed them from my computer and added it to the front of the card.

I hope that this has gave you some inspiration. Thank you for stopping by and visiting today.

Hiding In My Craft Room - Challenge #76

Happy Saturday!

hidinginmycraftroom.com

Welcome to this weeks Challenge with...
Hiding In My Craft Room
Challenge #76

The challenge for this weeks is to use a Technique and this months Technique was to Go Digital.  If you have never used Digital then be sure to check out this weeks sponsor.

Trish with Template Dreams has some great digital kits, paper, and templates.  She is offering a $5 gift certificate to her store Template Dreams.  I fell in love with her kits so much so that I bought a few kits.

The kit that I used is...
Harvest Time

I used the kit to document the pictures that I took on Thanksgiving Day this year.  I also made my page at the  11x8.5  size so that I could print it from my personal printer.

Thank you for stopping by and visiting today.

It's that time again where we get to go into our scrap boxes to play and use up some of those scraps that we have piled up.

For my project I have made a gate fold birthday card. Everything that I used for this card except for the ink and the stamp came from the scrap box, yes including the gate card.

The stamp sets that I used came from Close to My Heart.

12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop - Day 10

Happy Monday!

Welcome to the
12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop
Day 10

There is only 22 days left until Christmas!

Today I am a Guest Designer with Honeybearz Designs and I am happy to be a part of this wonderful hop.

The hop starts at Lisa's blog...

If you have arrived from
Heather's blog...

You are on the right track, if not, please head over to Lisa's blog at the beginning so that you do not miss any of these wonderful projects.

For my project I made a collage of pictures from
last years Christmas morning when we were
opening gifts.  The background for my pictures is a
blue digital paper with white snowflakes all over it,
I also added a white mat behind each of the
pictures.  The digital paper that I used is from the
program Storybook from Creative Memories.

Once I got the collage made and printed off I
trimmed off some from the top and bottom of the
page.  I placed the collage into a candle holder that
I had gotten a few years ago from Partylite that
will hold pictures and other decorative papers.
And lastly I added a piece of white fur to the top of
the candle holder.  And before you ask, as my
Daughter did, no the fur will not catch fire because
I use the faux candles that use batteries, so no
worries of fire.

Thank you for hopping with us today and be sure to
visit each day to see more wonderful Christmas
idea's to inspire you.

Your next stop on the hop with...
Ashley

If you get lost along the way today here is the entire
line up for today's hop...

Until Next Time...Happy Crafting,
