Would You Ever Guess Wednesday -- Christmas Theme

Good Wednesday Morning.  Today is... "Would You Ever Guess Wednesday" over at..."My Cricut Craft Room"...with a Theme of..."Christmas".

Many of you may or may not know that I LOVE Christmas so for this project challenge I made a Christmas card.

The Cricut Cartridge that I used is still my current favorite cartridge...Art Philosophy by Close To My Heart, cutting everything on the card including the flowers.

The card itself and the paper that I used all are all by Paper Studio.

The two Stamp Sets that I used are also from Close To My Heart.

The two stick pins or memo pins as they are called that are behind the flowers are by Tim Holtz.

I also de-stressed the edges of the burgundy paper with my little de-stresser by Imaginisce  to give a little extra look.

And last but not least I added some little clear gem stones to the center of the flowers, I love the extra look that the gems give the flowers.

Thank you for visiting today, and I hope that you will head on over to http://mycricutcraftroom.blogspot.com/   to visit my other Design Team Sisters and see the wonderful projects that they came up with.

And FYI...It's only...153 Days til Christmas!

Until next time...Happy Crafting,

Theme Day Thursday - Bath Time

Happy Thursday everyone...Today I am posting My First Project for My Design Team at My Cricut Craft Room.

Today is Theme Day Thursday and the Theme for this week is...Bath Time.

For My Project I got a Project Tray and painted it white to match my bathroom.  I used aqua and brown paper.

*The Cricut Cartridges that I used are...

~A Child's Year - For the Little Girl in the Bathtub and all of the Bubbles

~Splish Splash - For the Words "Splish Splash"

~Wall Decor and More - For the Little Ducky Family

I also added some Stardust Glitter Gel to the Bubbles to give them a little shimmer.

I added three pictures to the bottom slots, one of our youngest Daughter in the bathtub with her fancy new hairdo, one of both of my Daughters when they were little in the bathtub, and the one in the middle is of Baby Scarlett  looking like a drowned rat.

Now, head on over to...My Cricut Craft Room and check out what my fellow Design Team Members have in store for you.

Until Next Time, Happy Crafting,

Robin

Happy Birthday to My Hubby

Today is my wonderful Husband's birthday. Chrystine and I got him several gag gifts since he said that he didn't want us to get him anything but a card. We also got him the cards that he asked for, one from Chrystine, one from Baby Scarlett, and of course I made him one.
Here is a picture of the card that I made for him. The round card, the paper, as well as the two stamp sets and the pen are all products from Close to My Heart. The cuts that were made was with the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge which is also from Close to My Heart, I really love this Cartridge, it has so many different things that you can do with it. I also attached a chain around the broader of the card to give it that manly look.

Until Next Time, Happy Crafting,

Robin

My Hillbilly Wine Glasses

Back at Christmas time I saw these Redneck Wineglasses in the stores and I loved them, but, I just really didn't want to pay $16 per glass.  I have now figured out how to make these wonderful glasses myself for almost nothing and they are so easy to make.

Until next time...Happy Crafting,

Birthday Cards for My Parents

Both My Mom and My Dad's Birthday was this past Saturday on June 30th.  Here are pictures of the front of the cards that I made each of them.

This card I made for my Dad...he was/is a Marine and we made him a Marine Build a Bear and the Bear itself was blue with white stars all over it.  So, I thought that the Star paper would go great with the bear.

This card I made for my Mom...we also made her a Build a Bear, but she loves to sew, she can sew/make anything on her sewing machine, so when found this pattern themed paper I knew it would be perfect, I had some measuring tape ribbon and a little sewing machine embellishment.

I hope that you enjoy my cards.

Until next time...Happy Crafting.
